Now R&V Works brings that ability to your backyard. The Cajun Bayou Broiler, delivers up to 1200°, and is just the grill to WOW your family and friends with the Perfect Steak. But for this Broiler, steaks is not the only answer. The Cajun Bayou Broiler can also cook pork chops, fish, shrimp, scallops and other seafood in a snap. It does feature a stainless steel cooking grate which is 19.5″ x 15.5″, large enough to fit eight standard sized Rib-eye Steaks. Made from solid carbon steel with a high temp charcoal gray finish, this grill will withstand many years of use. This grill is equipped with 8″ solid rubber wheels and a front axle with castors making this fryer easy to move. This grill is set up for liquid propane and is for outdoor use only!
